A refreshment provider or general assistant is a person in an office or working environment, whose job is to provide beverages (mainly teas and coffee) and sometimes light snacks during the allocated tea break or for meetings.  Beverages are served on trays or with a ‘trolley service’.  In many companies the job also includes the general internal cleaning of the office premises (for example; kitchens, bathrooms, reception, offices and meeting rooms).  This person is also sometimes required to purchase office groceries (sugar, milk, coffee as well as toilet paper, cleaning detergents etc.).  Depending on the company, cleaning parts of factories may also be applicable.
